Role separation is enforced in the API layer. It hasn't had a security review, so treat the access control as coursework-grade.
Overview
A hospital management system and patient portal on the MERN stack, containerised with Docker. Role-separated: staff manage records and scheduling, patients see only their own care. Started life as MediLink and was rebuilt into this — same problem, second attempt.
